Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return and refund window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

How to Request a Return:

• Email us at support@tunehome.in with your order number and photos (if applicable).

• Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 3 working days.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
